Why should my manager sack those camera girls with out my notice...

I wonder why my manager should sack those camera girls without my notice… just because they pushed out one  of my fan out of the stage… the fan came to snap picture with me during my performance, along the line the fan blocked my face then the camera girls pushed him out, I noticed what happened but that should not be the reason why my manager should sack them without my notice. No one is perfect in this entertainment field and no one can ever be perfect. I lecture those camera girls every day mostly on how to address people yet they are not perfect. In as much as that my manager does not have any reason to sack them, but to mentain his own position I think given them suspension would have been better for them instead of sacking them. Those girls are very important to me not just to me but to my blog. Those girls should return back romatter what.
