A teacher was killed after a 90kg manhole cover “became dislodged and airborne” before smashing into her car windscreen.
Caitlin Clavette was driving along a highway in Boston, USA, at 7.50am yesterday when the "incredibly bizarre" tragedy took place.
The metal manhole cover in the left lane of Interstate 93 south crashed through the 35-year-old's windshield, according to Massachusetts StatePolice .
